Jack J. Isgur Foundation
The foundation awards scholarships to college-level juniors, seniors, and graduate students. For the 2008-2009 academic year, 19 scholarships of $750 per semester were awarded. The number of scholarships changes each year, based on applicants.
Applicants must be interested in teaching in the humanities areas (literature, dance, fine arts, music, art or poetry) at the elementary and middle-school level after graduation, preferably in Missouri non-metropolitan area school districts.

Kansas City Legal Secretaries Association Scholarship
The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of scholastic achievement and leadership, with a special emphasis on qualified applicants working or interested in a legal-related job.

C. Lawrence Leggett Scholarship
Missouri Insurance Education Foundation Scholarship
The Leggett scholarship provides funds to Missouri-resident business students majoring in insurance or a related area of study in a Missouri college or university.
The education foundation scholarship is open to Missouri high school seniors interested in insurance, risk management or actuarial science courses.

Rotary Club of Shawnee
The organization will award $1,000 scholarships to two high school seniors who have made positive contributions to the community. Applicant must either live in Shawnee or attend a public or private high school there.

Through the Looking Glass Scholarship
Two new scholarships are aimed specifically for high school seniors and college students who have parents with disabilities.

Upromise Scholarship Fund
The organization will award $500,000 in aid to 200 students, based on merit and need.

The bank will award up to 30 college scholarships valued at $1,000 each to graduates of the high school class of 2009.
