Prudential Kansas City Realty has purchased Carter-Duffey Realtors, adding 100 real estate agents to its roster and expanding its operations in the Northland.
The acquisition includes two offices formerly operated by Carter-Duffey in Liberty and Barry Road in Kansas City, and brings along 300 residential listings. Prudential Kansas City also will pick up 22 new-home subdivisions including Green Glades at the Masters, Drake’s Crossing and Blackberry.
“This is a unique opportunity for us to grow our business in the Northland where we previously had little presence,” David Cooper, president of Prudential Kansas City, said in a statement.
The management of the new offices will continue under brokers Joanna Williams in Liberty and Kristi Ferrara in Kansas City. The acquisition will expand Prudential Kansas City’s presence in the area to seven branch offices with more than 500 sales associates.
The firm is headquartered in Overland Park.
